------Not knocking the buyer in any way, but I think in todays economy in Michigan a guy could just about pay for the tooling to make those with what he spent. Probably even have a couple of bucks left over for a rattle-can of that blue paint to paint the first 30 or 40!!!!!! ........Bill S

Back to my original question. Is the repop that Rick's has really that bad?

Also, what are the chances anyone is actually gonna raise the car via the bumper jack??????

Over twenty years ago, I swapped the chrome bumper on my black '69 Camaro for a used Endura I bought from a big name Camaro used parts peddler (and I guess it was definitely Used <g&gt. I think it was tweaked because the fit was awful. So I bought a repro from Classic. The repro actually fit much better. Yikes!

For whatever it's worth!

I guess that answers the question as to whether the rivet should be painted.....i.e. was the part painted after assembly.
