Here is a picture of an original Camaro flange and lid. Notice no flat cut off side, it is mostly round or oval shaped.
 This style flange is now available as a reproduction.

Here is a Chevelle flange. Notice the flat side with the
sharp cut off.  This is what you <u>do not want</u> if you have a Camaro.
