50% of the people of this world wake up trying to figure out how to screw the other 50% out of their money. We know which side this guy is on now.

Good to get the word out about their fraud.

There's a thread on the Nasty site about this clown w/ a few pic examples of his handiwork..
Notes he operates as ' partishere ' on eBay as well..

He bought an NOS console gauge base on 12/13/09 from ebay seller ted6981 :

Then tries to pass off a repop one with copied box label on Jan 26.

I also got taken (scammed) by James Ross along with two of my Buddies. We all brought NOS GM bumpers that were nothing but reproductions with fake ( counterfeit) GM parts ID labels. We paid three times the cost of a repo bumper. I have been watching James Ross auctions for over a year now, he continues to sale reproduction parts as NOS GM, I have contacted eBay over and over with no luck. James Ross has three user names:
1. partishere
2. camarossyard
3. rossfatboy
He keeps all of his listing and items sold private. That way no one can contact and warn other eBay members on what he is really selling. You can’t see what he has sold, therefore you can’t see all the (NOS bumpers) that he has sold. He has a combined negative feedback of FORTY-FIVE!! All of his negative feedback states the same, “sells repo parts as GM”. Just think of all the people that have brought items and have not realized that they are reproductions and not GM. You would think something could be done about James Ross, but no one wants or has the time. He continues to scam more people everyday. I’m not afraid to stand up for what is right and wrong, and will help in any way to put a stop to this kind of criminal activity. What he is doing is fraud, dishonest, and just plain wrong.

If someone pays by Money Order instead of PayPal, would that constitute fraud?

Isn't it always fraud if something is sold/advertised as something that it is not?

I thought once you used a Postal Money Order, it was a Federal crime.
