Through to the 80's GM Pickups, 1-Tons, Suburbans also Motorhomes too are great places to find the short-deck Passenger car Chevy BB's!.
If you find one don't forget to bring up the truck blocks are worth less story.

Yeah, but these engines you are talking about would be 454s not 427s. I could be wrong but I don't recall any true standard deck 427s being installed in any trucks
