Can't wait to see this thing finished! Where did you find the 15X6 steelies? Do disk calipers fit under them? Also, what type of mufflers are you using? Are you going to with a wide oval tire? Sorry for all the questions, I want my 68 L72 to sound just like that!

The Biscayne looks great Howard. You should have stopped by my place with the Biscayne since I'm 10 minutes away from there and you already had it in the snow anyway.

Steve , the steelies are the original YZ 15" for Disc brakes. Just picked up the freshly painted rims today with fresh BF Goodrich 225/70/15's. I might run a wider tire on the rally's with Police cap later on. Not sure which will look better.
As far as the muffler's make, it's been so long since they were installed ,I can't remember.

Thanks for the info, Howard. I guess I need to find some YZ wheels for my 68 so I can run disks but retain the small hubcaps. I think your car will look great with either rim.
I just went through my database and found we have recorded 14 real 69 L72 cars in the last 10 years. Only five sedans!
