It sounds like everyone from out of town has a pretty busy weekend planned. If you are thinking of coming by for a burger and a beer give me a call on my cell and get you the directions.

I spoke with Bruce and "hi-jack Rick" at the Pavillions and it looks like they can make it. Also spoke with Dave ngtflyr and he sounds positive too. This is not going to be a big bash but it will be a good one. We will have a few from the site and a few locals, I look forward to it.
Call for directions

Great meeting you Mike!

Let me see how house-hunting goes on Sunday. We're on a mission.

Um, yeah, my mistake. The excitement has clouded my mind.

I'll still be looking at houses.

[/ QUOTE ]

Mike, sorry for the thread hijack ...

There is a house that was owned by 55-57 T bird restorer Ron Bondie in Scottsdale for sale. He died last summer, the kids sold the house, the deal fell through and the realtor "graciously" bought it anyway ... He was ALWAYS at the Pavilions every Saturday with a 55-57 Tbird.

It has an AWESOME shop plus a HUGE (12 car or so) car port in front of the shop. I think the shop is ~ 50 x 40 (not sure on depth, maybe 60?), it has a/c and a huge compressor, plumbing, etc already there.

I knew Ron and have been through the house and shop, the house is a 1977 and original (no upgrades).

Tons of space on an acre (NO HOA!)

7908 East Sweetwater Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

here is the listing:

http://www.postlets.com/res/3015637

Here is the shop (Google pic, when he was still with us):

I do NOT know the seller or have any irons in this fire.
