This was discussed a few weeks back. The site breaks down the vehicle rarity by all codes,including Plant and sales zone codes. Most dealer stocked vehicles will show up a rare numbers. I ran the vins for some 05 Impala and 1995 Caprice police cars,fleet units suposidly and came up with numbers like 1 of 24 (Chicago suburb police unit) 1 of 85 for Ontairo OPP fleet units. Ontairo had more like 400 identical units but not all through the same sales code.
