John, I dont think so..I got some on my arm..washed it off with some water..no problem. label states..DOES <font color="red"> </font> contain methylene chloride...did not smell bad..no respirator..kind of like a open paint can ..you know its there but not that bothersome in a shop..made by Dumond chemical, NY 10036

after letting the other wheel well sit, I scraped the entire well to factory primer in an hour, including clean up..Used some Captain lees paint stripper as a finish strip ( this stuff burns!), and it cleaned the leftover stuff right up..Ill post pics later..A product I will use again.
