Why would anyone resto mod a 67 Pace Car?? Worth more as a pace car.

The guy who had the car is really into street rods, so he had no idea that this car was a pace car. He got it to the point where it's ready for epoxy primer and paint. He lost his job, needs cash....you know the story. We are removing all of his bolt on modifications. It'll look pretty stock & the paint will be correct. I have a 396 with an M21 bolted to it that's sitting here ready to go, also have correct BB radiator, brackets, pulleys, etc. Most of my parts are big block - so finishing it as a big block is easy & no extra $$..

We actually dropped the car off at the body/paint shop - so it's not at my house to photograph right now (just got a foot of snow). I'll try to get over there next week & post pics then.
