The guy who runs the E-body ragtop registry is Swedish by birth. I've forwarded this thread to him if there's anything he can add.

I hope he looks at it. I wonder if he has a burnt orange 70 Hemi Challenger convertible in the registry. I saw that car at the Car Craft Street Machine Nationals in Indianapolis in either 1980 or 1981. It had Indiana plates on it at that time. Haven't seen or heard of it since
