[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ]All the original poster asked is what is it worth. He has his answer. He is under no obligation to prove what he has regardless of anyone else's interest in what it may or may not be. [/ QUOTE ] If the owner really wanted to keep things quiet and find out what his car is worth then he should have contacted a high ranking NCRS member not post about it on an open forum ![]() [/ QUOTE ] My thoughts exactly! Is the pic he linked gone for everyone else too?.
I went back to take a another look at it as I wanted to look closer at the placard on the wall that noted a '67 Vin and options.. If the pic is gone did anyone else check it out and/or note if it was for a coupe or roadster?. I think there's a good chance the guy may be for real!. http://s458.photobucket.com/albums/qq305/ambrola/ ![]() ~ Pete -------------------- I like real cars best...the REAL real ones! |

He posted the same pic in reply #70 on this thread from Camaros.net
This too: Yea, I know I need to get over it. I will be done in a couple of weeks and I will have the car in its new place already picked out in the garage. I am 52, and used to have a 67,68,69, Camaro, 66 SS Chevelle and a bunch of other old muscel cars when I was young. The fever never left, but the prices are a little higher. I paid 1600.00 for that 66 SS Chevelle, 396 4 speed car when I was in my 20's. As I got older, priorities change, and the old cars got gone and work consumed my life. Now all I want is one old Camaro, and I think when you go about this the way I have its overwhelms you. I Bought the car, took it straight to the shop and said restore it. Now if you have unlimited means, thats fine. But when you are down to wondering if you have enough left to finish is where I am at. The day will come soon when I get the car done, and all this will be over. Then I will enjoy the car, and forget about the money.Post #18 Dunno what it all means.Draw your own conclusions. |
