Green Bays head honcho's were stupid to get read of him.(you don't tell this guy he's going to set the bench to Arron Rodgers)
And they knew he would beat their A$$ why do you think they traded him outside there division to the Jets.

[/ QUOTE ] Bret screwed his old team the Packers by retiring then not retiring and stringing them along. They were left with no choice but to go with Rogers which has worked out pretty well for them. Bret didn't exactly work out in NYC either. Vikings appear to have a strong chance to go some in the playoff this year as long as Favre holds up. He's still immature and self-focused, but at least has more talent (football smarts) than Cutler. jmho of course
