If you set the inside custom mirror in the sun you can use a piece plastic the size of a flat blade screw driver to gently pry back the plastic to remove the glass. Pay attention to the way it comes out. The glass is wedge shaped. Then take the glass to most glass shops which can re silver the back of the mirror. I have yet to get my hands on the standard mirror to see how it goes together. Greg
