The question wasn't "does Kim Howie have the money," it's "does any jamoke with a pulse have the money." The dealer doesn't care who the customer is or where the money came from, just hand over the money and you can take the car. Any drug kingpin, rock star, rapper, Wall Street banker/broker can walk in and plop-down the dough and drive off in a Veyron. Business doesn't care where the money came from, just hand it over.
