The above car is from the Mod Squad. The one below is claimed to be the Brady Bunch 'Cuda, a 71.

Thank´s for the pics and info !
I´m asking because I met a guy a couple of days ago who said he had bought the 1968 Corvette used in a series called "Mod Squad". The car had been in storage for thirty years or so, and was painted in a pattern similar to the Chrysler Mod-tops. It was otherwise an all original L-79 Corvette, matching numbers.

Could it have been used in some other series in the seventies, so they just mixed it up ?

The Challengr is correct but this blue 71???

The one used in the Brady Bunch was a B5 blue, flat hooded 318 or 6 cyl Barracuda with a 72 grill and more interestingly, the 72 tail section with the four round tail lights. Unless the guy that owns the pictured car above cut the 72 tail panel out and then cloned it into a 71 Cuda by adding the 71 gilled fenders, shaker hood and nose, I think he's telling a fictional story. Is he claiming it was a 426 hemi too? Because Mike Brady was not THAT cool!

(That actually looks like a photo one of the two, blue, four-speed hemicuda ragtops built.)

Damn Steve, you're a good detective, or mind reader?

from the IMBD site;

The Bradys all drove Chrysler Corporation vehicles (until the final season). Mike Brady drove a 1968 blue Dodge Polara convertible in the pilot; a 1969 Plymouth Fury III convertible also blue; second season a 1970 Plymouth Fury III convertible in blue; a 1970 blue Plymouth Barracuda convertible in year three; a 1972 Plymouth Barracuda convertible in year four (actually, it was the 1970 Barracuda convertible modified with a 1972 rear tail light panel and front end grill. Plymouth dropped the Barracuda convertible in 1971. ) ; also there was a 1972 blue Chevrolet Impala convertible; a red 1973 Chevrolet Caprice convertible; and a bronze 1974 Chevrolet Caprice convertible in year five. The "Bradys" 1974 bronze Caprice was also used in an episode of The Odd Couple in 1975. Carol, on the other hand, drove only two vehicles: a gold 1969 Plymouth Satellite wagon (first season); a gold 1970 Plymouth Satellite wagon; and a gold 1971 Plymouth Satellite wagon (which took the "bunch" on their infamous Grand Canyon trip). Also a gold 1973 Plymouth Satellite wagon (with the big bumper guards) in the last season. The vehicles were loaned to Paramount by the Chrysler Corporation and The Chevrolet motor Division for filming. Incidentally, the 1969 Plymouth Fury III convertible that "Mike Brady" drove was recently restored to showroom condition.

Here is the site with the "Brady Cuda" photo.

Nope, I just slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night...and I remember wanting to kill that little bastard Bobby for punching that umbrella through the convertible top when I saw that episode back in 1972.

Oh, and as I suspected that Brady Cuda link is just showing stock photos of a 71 Cuda (the blue hemicuda ragtop) instead of the real car. Look at the alleged photo of the 69 Plymouth Fury Convertible - it has rusty fender skirts and modern radial tires - obviously they just grabbed whatever photo they could find.

The owner sent me this pic last week. It was taken in 1968 I think. Anyone remember it ?
