Here are your pics.... Rick was dead one....those are indeed destination charges. Hope you do take Rick`s suggestions and look in all the remaining area`s and I hope you do find atleast another full Build Sheet. Also appears to have been delivered to a California Dealership.  Good Luck.     Dan.
