All - Thanks for the kind words and compliments from everybody. I wish I could make it to MCACN next month, but my schedule won't allow right now. If the invite is still open for next year, I will give it a try.
And a special thanks to Bruce Jay (org70ss) |

I am not a Big Fan of Autumn Gold but I must admit that it works on that car… YOUR CAR IS ABSOLUTLY GEORGEOUS!

I KNOW THAT CAR!!! I grew up in South Hills of Pittsburgh, off Lebanon Church Rd. just before South Park, and I remember seeing this car as a kid.
Man, did that stay nice. Those sidepipes on a stock gold 70 SS made that car unmistakable. Glad you got first dibs, and RIP to your buddy. It looks beautiful, and though I haven't lived in Pgh for 12 or 13 years, that brought back some memories of home, thanks.

Glad that you recognize the car. It did stand out with those side pipes on. We lived right of Brownsville road in South Park. Right across the street from the number 2 fairway of SP Golf Course and Dorrideo's Tavern (Biggest fish sandwich in town). If you hung out at the Eat-N-Park on 88 in Bethel-SP area, then you saw it there also. That was the cruise spot.
