Terrific car Jay. I really like all the Gold 70 SS cars with Black stripes. In October of 1969 I ordered one in Champaigne Gold with Black stripes. Without a doubt the best daily driver I have ever owned. Kept it for over three years until we learned our daughter was on the way. Hang on to it pal

Wow, this is a special car with a great story
! I worked just to the north of Clairton in McKeesport and just to the south in Monessen a few  years back. That is REAL western PA in those parts. Those Atlanta '70 velles are really known for having the BS pasted to the door panels. Thanks for giving us the rest of the story with all those sneak peeks we got of it from Rick's camera.
