I think its very cool. What are the production numbers on something like that?

[/ QUOTE ]

Dan, Unfortunately there aren't any production numbers known that are factored into body style. There were a total of 1997 425hp cars built (that includes 11 export) and only 290 produced with TI ignition.

Q: Please let me know when you post some pictures. I'm anxious to see what a $100,000 64 Impala stationwagon looks like. Especially one that needs complete restoration.
A: I had hoped to have all the pictures ready to post over the weekend but didn't. I will have the pictures and a full description by Tuesday evening. Thanks for your patience.
Q: Send me some pics of the wagon I am in Spartanburg and could use it for parts .
A: I will be adding some pictures to the ad soon. You will not want to buy this car for parts. The $100,000.00 starting price is NOT an error. Thanks, Frank
Q: You do know that you put your starting bid at a $100,000 instead of a $1,000 don't you??
A: Yes. I am taking pictures and will add a full description soon. Thanks for bringing to my attention the potential error.

love the questions, especially the parts car one ...

Yeah, he wants to part it out to make a hardtop 409/425 clone!

Man that's a tough call; This car, or an L-89 Nova.

"The pictures I added Tuesday night are digital camara pictures, not cell
phone pictures. Sorry,it is the best I can do in the garage it is stored
in.

Should we interpret "unreal" as really unusual and unique, cool that someone actually ordered it that way - or - not real to the car and phoney?

Really? Of course that's how it should be interpreted.. Why would somebody, especially the previous owner use that wording to say the options were not original?
