[/ QUOTE ] Even if one were to go out on a limb and suppose that it should read '10F136021', it appears to me like there's an awful lot of space between the first number 1 and the letter F, and another awful lot of space between the letter F and the number 3 ![]() ![]()

Well I don't know what to think.
![]() ![]() ![]() I know how the blocked looked after it was washed in a hot bath and pressure cleaned. I even checked back with the mechanic again that rebuilt it and he remembers it well and said that the block almost looked like a virgin to him. Nice and clean he didn't have to machine any thing except the crank. He took only 10 thousands off. He also said again that he seen no evidence of tampering with the numbers or grinding of the block.
