But, they'll be giving some of it up to pay for increases in health insurance co-pays and contributions. Also will have to pay dental and vision costs out of pocket since their coverage lapses at the end of the year. But, the headlines make GM look like a hero...

GM could have kept the payroll cuts in place along with the upcoming reduced health benefits. Trust me I hope GM employees get both their original pay and health benefits back soon but I look at this as a step in the right direction.

HMM, wonder if Ill ever see a partial pension for the 7 yrs I worked there as salary/management. Not counting on it.
