How about driving to O'fallon,about 7 miles away & go to Mike's place. According to several mags. it's the best BBQ in the US.

My Wife wants to go to that place in O'fallon, Mike's, we saw it on the food channel and they do claim the best BBQ.... Sounds like a plan Kim!!
