Have you asked Bob Harris from Camaro Specialties in East Aurora . His place is 10 minutes from Buffalo and he knows a lot about that area.

I remember the dealership name - having grown up in Western NY. There aren't very many of the old dealerships left in the Buffalo area from back in the day. One that still is operating is Don Davis BOP. Maybe if you called them some of the old timers might know some former Bockman employees.

i own a 1970 LS6 chevelle sold new at joe bockman chevrolet. i am owner # 3, spoke with the original owner many years ago. this car has been stored since 1981.
