Toyota led the field in sales during the program. But, they do build some Toyotas in the US so it ain't all bad. I read that one of the foreign manufacturers brought back 3,000 employees to full-time status at a plant in Alabama (I think) so there's a small boost to American jobs right there.

I had my Camaro out for a drive a couple of hours ago and the local Chevy dealership looked like it had been picked almost clean of new cars and trucks. Saw their clunker trade-ins stuffed on the far end of the lot too. Almost makes me wish I had a clunker to trade in on a new pickup.
