I'm waiting for the first story to come out that some woman turns her soon to be ex's Z06 in for a hybrid and documents and films the cars demise.. From the liquid glass to the dismantling.

I just left the recycling yard again and they did tell me also that they are using the liquid glass method to sieze the engines. Definately not going to be as fun to watch...

I have to ask the question. Just what is an American car anymore? Toyota, Honda and Nissan all have plants in the US with American workers putting their cars together. GM, Ford and Chrysler all have plants putting their cars together in other countries and some of their car are rebadged from known imports. After what GM and Chrysler did to their dealers it will take allot more than $4,500.00 before I walk into one of their showrooms again.

I've bought only new cars since 1992 and now will buy only used and go to junkyard first for parts.
