The Royals used to be the thorn in the side of the Yankees and went to the World Series twice. Losing to the Phillies in 1980 and winning over the Cardnals in 1985. Brett, Quisenberry, Saberhagen, Willie Wilson, Amos Otis, etc.

Mr. K passed on and things went to heck in a handbasket. Trying to see some sunshine with the current team, but believe me, it sucks!!!!
