Hello
I'm new to the Forum, got to know some of you at Carlisle.

I work for the Paddock, and was very impressed with the Solid Lifter Showroom.. Top Notch cars.

My co-worker and his son and I , when we had free time , went the showroom several times.

Awesome....Cool.. and just plain rightous display of the Super Cars.

We were able to chat with some of the owners about the cars, and the stories behind the cars were onesyou just had to listen too.

Those owners were also top notch, want to say thank you for the time you guys spent watching us drool while talking to us about those rides.
Frank Arone, Caleb Arone (good kid),Jeff Morocco, Nick Morocco, Doug Murphy, the Pascoe brothers,Brian( the Leader),the sweetest lady there Helen Gibbs, Fred Gibbs former son-in-law and original parts guy (he had some great stories)
and others I forgot or just can't remember ....brain overload.

Again thanks for the awesome display of cars and the top rate owners that where there with them.

Personal note...When I was younger and getting into cars the first car I wanted was a Dick Harrell 68 Nova, didnt see one there but the Fred Gibb's Novas ..... dang just be close to one... thanks

So, did you reveal the total horsepower yet? Who was the winner?

I spent several hours in the building taking pictures, learning about each car and most of all meeting some new friends. It was an incredible display and a great opportunity for me to finally put a face with some names. I hope this continues and grows year over year. It was great meeting everyone and thanks to everyone for organizing a great show and bringing out your cars.

I also would like to Thank Frank,Caleb,Brian and Joe for an AWESOME Display of Cars. I think this could be the start to something VERY Special. This could be our Mini-Supercar Reunion Eastcoast Event. And a Special Thank You to Caleb for the OUT STANDING paint scheme on the front windows. Those night photos make you think it was 69 all over again. And Thanks to Brian Henderson for the XM satelite playing all the Classic Vinyl from the 60's. All we needed were some old time desks set up and i was ready to sign my life away. I would have made a deal with the DEVIL for anyone of those cars in that display.
