Looked at the video...engine sounds great, but your gas tank is too shiney

I replaced the Original because it had that Black undercoating on half of it........It seemed like a Good idea at the time.....LOL.......we all live and learn .....and it was in perfect shape...Duhhhhh!!!

What exactly is the difference between this cam and the original L78 piece. I picked up one of these cams a couple of years ago but haven't used it yet. I've had a couple L78 cars and rode in quite a few back in the day. In stock form, none of them were all that impressive. Perhaps this cam is just what our car needs.

It was a Generic L-78 Cam that was in a Engine Kit......So, I really don't know........

Sounding good Ken, my 396 /375 hp 68 nova will be, up and running soon.Can"t wait to hear that sound.we all can thanks rob Clary and Jim Lerum in the chevy camp for this camshaft.Chris Teed
