A few of us Pure Stock guys have tried other brands, and we all went back to the GM/Crane unit... As Darren said above, this will be American made, and each one is gonna be held to super tight tolerances. |

That really is an incredible camshaft and it's hard to believe that it debuted during the first year of the big block in 1965! Now I still have the original one I took out of my virgin LS-6 and it's stamped on the end 3904362. I guess they changed the part # in 1970. I've run high 11's with that camshaft. It's truly the musclecar camshaft where you could drive the car to work during the week and still turn very respectable times at the dragstrip come the weekend.
