I wasn't trying to put any vender down on quality of their product, but as most repop stuff goes the material seems to fit in the same category from what I have found. I was in some need of Orange a couple years ago and called every vendor I could find to get a sample for a repair, (I had purchsed a kit and was way off) so I decided to repair my seats instead, I could only get a couple vendors to send me a sample seems most did not have one the retailers on the kits were not the actual mfg of the product, The two I recieved one was way off shape and color, one was close but the wt of material was way off, the OG stuff is quite heavy. at that time I found that SMC had a large supply of nos material and purchased quite a bit of the orange. I was not trying to put any one vendor down or all in one catagory, just first hand experience, and I think your correct a sample is a wise choice first.
