I just came across this article after looking through an "old" copy of Muscle Car Review (December, '08). The interior of the S&M '65 in the article is in quite the contrast to the museum cars interior. Since there were two '65s, this doesn't quite rule it out, but I'm wondering if the car was raced long after Sox was driving and it was heavily modified by a later owner (that's just guessing that Sox did drive both cars at the time)

The car in the museum is Roy Clark's old "Hee Haw Hemi" A/FX car from the mid-90's repainted to Sox & Martin colors.
