Could be the original to the car? Could be a 410 car that GM put the BE in it for what ever reason?

Since it is a Z/28 it would have got a BV for 4.10 gears. Only COPO's got the BE. Since its history in Sweden is known it must have got the BE in its first years in the USA.

10K? are you serious? I have one under my 73 firebird.Spring brackets were moved,has a spool and Moser axles in it.I dont have the service package posi unit or GM gear from it,but I did sell them a few years back and might be able to find them.Wowo,maybe I need to look for another rear.

Has your PM box filled up yet. Very desirable date 10 K is VERY strong money if the internals are not there. The housing is only 1/3 of the equation. Good Luck
