Anyone know how to read these codes?

I'm not sure what level of knowledge you have about these build sheets, but in case you haven't gotten the basics, here are a few bits of info.

Some of these codes will be stamped in the parts, such as the carb code and pulley codes; other components will have a sticker (shocks) or tag (radiator) with the corresponding letters from appropriate boxes. Many of the tags and stickers are reproduced today. For the purist, having a correct tag or sticker, also means having the correct number or other identification stamped in the associated part (shocks for instance). The crazier you want to get, the more money it will cost (I guess that is obvious).

You are fortunate to have a complete build sheet for your project. It will be very helpful.

You will find a wealth of information on this site, try the search feature from time to time. Also consider Team Chevelle: www.chevelles.com. There are quite a few guys with great info there too.

PS. It is neat for me to see a car from Brooklyn Chevrolet. They are still in business today (as Don's Brooklyn Chevrolet) and only a mile or so from my house. I have a 69 Camaro with 12K original miles bought new there.
