Now this can not be a GOOD sign. If there is No SCW what cool cars are we going to look at? The Reunion will be ALOT thinner. Or maybe the west coast can bring more of the pro touring kind of cars to the show that would be AWESOME. Well no more Vette Fest and NO reunions to go to guess alot of east coast guys and gals will get to save alot of fuel not having to go the the Midwest. This board is going DOWN HILL in a HURRY. But like they say ONE door close's and another door OPENS. ![]() The "MOF" [/ QUOTE ] Although there may or may not be a Vette Fest, there will indeed be a show that not only welcomes, but will feature Supercars and the very best Muscle Cars...from not only Chevy but other manufacturers as well. As Kwhizz stated, "the world does not revolve around SCW" (or Vette Fest or SCR, or me or anyone else). Let's focus on what brought us all together in the first place and that is not just the cars, but the people who share the passion for various things that happen to have four wheels, whether Super Cars, Muscle Cars, Pro Touring cars or ?? One door closed, and another one indeed swung open. My apology for swinging slightly off topic. More info to follow soon. ![]() BA |

As per the SCR, and I guess this site as a whole, yes, we have branched out to include lots of other makes, models, and yes, pro-touring, but IMO, this has helped in the tremendous growth the club has enjoyed. I love the Supercars as much as anyone, obvious by my dedication to the club and SCR for the past 12 years, but as with many other members, I enjoy what is considered non Supercars, AKA, “Red Alert”. I have done my best to balance the two, and in my humble opinion, have done a decent job.
I hope everyone will sit back and not say something they will regret later, instead let the parties involved sort though, and hopefully work things out, where we can all enjoy our hobby as one.

For those of you reading this who have not attended a SuperCar Reunion, here is the list of cars attending SCR11. IMO, still THE “ Super Car Reunion", with a little flavor added in. The non-supercar section, or member rides section, as we like to call it, was added to both this site and the SCR so more members could be an active part of the club. If this site and the SCR were an exclusive club, where membership required owning a "supercar", how many loyal members would we lose? Just a thought.
![]() As we have done for the past 12 years, Rob and I will do our best to get as many "supercars" as possbile to attend SCR, along with a few other cool cars. I have no doubt SCR12 will be another fun event, even if it is just the three of us. ![]() ![]() ![]() SCR12 Tom Clary-Red Alert LS-6 Chevelle jon Clary-1969 Yenko Camaro Rob Clary-1969 Yenko Nova Attendees: 2008 SCRll Rick Thayer '68 Gibb COPO Nova Thomas Kasmusiez '68 Gibb COPO Nova Annie Hartweg '68 Gibb COPO Nova Kim Howie '70 Gibb Camaro Mark Hassett '69 ZL-1 Camaro Ken Barnhart '69 ZL-1 Camaro Jamie Jarvis '68 Motion Corvette Les Quam '70 Motion Camaro Dan Hayes '72Motion Corvette Rayburn Pennington '73 Motion Camaro Bob Priest '69 Yenko L71 Corvette Don Stowers '69 Yenko Camaro Colin Comer '68 Yenko Camaro Tom Clary '69 Yenko Camaro Pete Gerling '69 Yenko Camaro Keith Shockley '69 Yenko Camaro Mark Hassett '69 Yenko Camaro Jim Pearse '69 Yenko Camaro Jerry Albert '69 Yenko Camaro Dru Disener '69 Yenko Camaro Ed Ernst '69 RS COPO Camaro Andy Meyers '69 COPO Camaro Alan Foreman '69 COPO Camaro Joe Sapp '69 COPO Camaro Gary Bolander '70 COPO Camaro Phil Borris '70 COPO Camaro Grady Birch '69 COPO Chevelle Mike Guarise '69 Yenko Chevelle Brian Henderson '69 Yenko Nova Dan Cupido '69 Yenko Nova Tom Clary '69 Yenko Nova Ken Schoenthaler '70 Yenko "Deuce" Nova Jon Cronkleton '70 Yenko "Deuce" Nova Geno Engler '70 Yenko "Deuce" Nova David Lowe '70 LS6 Chevelle David Dwyer '70 LS6 Chevelle Tom Clary '70 LS6 Chevelle Dennis Cumby '70 Gibb LS6 Chevelle Colin Comer '65 GTO Mike Guarise '68 GTO Mike Guarise '71 GTO Jeff Morocco '68 Chevelle drag car Ken Tibor '66 L72 Biscayne Rusty Small '69 Hurst/Olds George Pappas '69 L-88 Corvette Mike Bond '69 300 Deluxe L78 Chevelle Stefano Bimbi '69 L72 Camaro Rich Vittiritti '70 Nova drag car Benny Pfeiffer '70 Nova drag car Stefano Bimbi '71 "Mr Norms" Hemi Charger Dominic Morocco '01 Jr. Dragster Mike Guarise '02 Nickey Camaro

Is there a post somewhere that will explain what you guys are talking about? Looks like I missed something. Is there a problem with guys like me being a member of this site who don't have "Supercars"? If so, I will move on.
