"Now if a "BL" was restamped they would have to do the E for eaton as well, a BL is 3:07 open, no E for eaton, (hence a L changed to look like a E in "BE" would not match a fresh E for eaton)"
I respectfully disagree with this statement. I have had to tell several people that their swap meet deal was not such a great bargin due to restamped "L"s. |
