Had to dig deep to find this dusty ol' thread, but thought it was time to update you on the Roof Deuce progress.

First up is a continuation of the Roof's day-two speed parts restoration. Mikey (M22Mike) is a consummate restoration guru who is decent enough (don't let this go to your head Mikey) to share some of his resto secrets. Earl and Linda decided to put their tried and true Hurst Competition Plus shifter that they removed from their '69 Chevelle convertible into their Deuce. This is what it looked like when I got the Nova...




and after it was broken down and degreased....
