Following numerous calls and inquiries from neighbors and other concerned citizens, new information has come to light. Turns out Mr. Tibor has been involved with groundhogs form early childhood...the exact nature of his realtionship with these furry creatures is still unclear. We located an archive photo of a very young Mr. Tibor with his pet groundhog, "Woodrow"....what does it all mean.?? only time will tell
