First car I owned was a 1969 Camaro Z28; I never drove the car as I got impatient and sold it. Second car; another one I never drove was a 1969 Camaro RS.
First car that I owned and actually drove for a few years was a Forrest Green 1970 Z28 automatic car; wish I had never sold that one. |

1969 Chevy Impala, 2 door,327/ 4 bbl-powerglide and ice cold A/C.
Installed dual exhaust. Boy was that thing a chick magnet....NOT!!!! I bought it from the original owner with 60K or so miles. It took me over a week, to clean the interior trim from the nicotine stains. The trim looked like it had yellow trim, instead of chrome from all of the smoking. Looked pretty good once I finished with it. Drove it for over a year and sold it for more than I paid. Great cruiser! Went to the drive-in and snuck 4 buddies in the trunk, along with six other people inside. The car was basically bottomed out and I still remember the noise of the car scaping when I drove over a small bump. I've got picture somewhere, just need to dig them up. Elon

Too funny, I was about to post that I bet I would be the only one who had a 69 Impala as my first, but I was beat to it!
I found some pics last night that I have to scan. I agree with you... that trunk was HUGE! |
