Default Re: ebay Yenko fire suit BEWARE

Isn't winning an ebay auction a legally binding contract?...so if you wanted to you can bring a lawsuit against them for breach of contract...but I'm sure the money spent may far outway the value of the item so if it is done it would be for the principle of it. Perhaps you could have a lawyer-friend draft you up a nice little letter...especially since there was a payment transaction.

I can feel your pain...I only like to use eBay for stuff I can't find anywhere else or get a wild hair up my ass to buy something I just find there...I was on a pretty good role with ebay for about 6 years with no issues, but in the last 2 years I have had NUMEROUS BAD eBay issues with little help from them.

Hope you end up getting the suit!
