Talk to the store manager and tell them what happened. Out here in CA, the store insurance will cover this damage if you show it was caused by the shopping cart.

That's true.
And many stores have outdoor videocameras that most likely captured the incident. You would've been wise to chase her down the minute it happened to the Mustang,and respectfully confront her & the store manager.I had a similar situation and this was how I handled it with great success,albeit for the situation itself. They tape over those videotapes shortly thereafter,so the odds of it still being there might not be too good today. |

I think that I will share this with the store in hopes that they will take care of the damage. |
