Hello,
I can tell that is not W.R. Austin Chevrolet, Norwalk,CT or Byrne Brothers Chevrolet, White Plains, NY. and Malcolm Konner Chevrolet, Paramus, NJ. What are any of the other dealers in 1970 that were that sold Yenko Deuces? Regards, Drew Papsun |

If it's a pic from the original selling dealer, (which is appears to be due to the window sticker still being affixed), I'd narrow it down to where the 10 were sold as follows:
Thorstad - possible Colonial - unlikely, they sold 2, I don't think they had a red brick bldg Fencl - unlikely, they sold a white stripe car Lehman - possible, they sold 2, both were black striped Wolf - possible, Minneman - possible, Riley - unlikely, they sold a white stripe car

since Wolf is a possibility, maybe i can do some driving around downtown belvidere and do some investigating....the building they're in now is new and not far from where they were in 1924 when they started selling cars........

I sure don't think it's Colonial. Their old building was completely white in 1968. Check out the pics from my visit to Colonial
Plus it's a heck of a haul from Warminster with 4.10 gears. ![]() |

Sorry Marlin it is not any of the dealers you listed. If all of those dealers sold a CG car and there were SUPPOSED to be only 10 built, then we have just blown that theroy.
Brian P.S.-Study the list and then look at my post about the 79 Yenko and you will have your answer!! |

Could it have been a dealer trade from one of the recorded known CG Deuce receipients on the Yenko list,to another dealer not known as selling a CG Deuce?
Or would they have corrected that already to reflect that,if indeed that happened? |
