I think the guy taking the picture is outside at the curb and is taking the pic over the roof of a 68-72 Nova.
He looks tall. On the CSI show they would "enhance" the photo and be able to tell who it is or view his fingerprints! To bad there wasn't a CSI on this site.

I think the nova is on the street. Chevelle sign inside the building along with the pickup. Only a guy driving a Nova would notice the cool Yenko Deuce Nova inside the dealer and take a photo of it. He may of even came back the next day to buy it.
Thats my take anyway.
