#3952700 shows up in the Chevrolet 1970 P&A 30M,dated Sept.1st,1969,for all 1970 cars with madrid grain cushioned rim black steering wheel.
I've only seen one 1970 Chevelle with the 16" thumb groove,and the owner admitted he mis-installed it himself.
I too have always considered that wheel a Buick application only and have sold them more eagerly to Buick owners,as no Chevrolets wanted it..
