Default Re: Before I cut this Camaro

Chuck, Brian and Andy:

Thanks for your responses. I now know the spoiler is a later model type but I didn't think they were flat at the edge like this one. Regarding the emblem, it is stuck on and not screwed on. So, me and the Camaro are goin' racin'!

I'm forever restoring my cars with correct parts, A.I.R., Gardner exhausts, etc. Over the years, I have collected a ton of miscellaneous stuff around like MSD devices, 12-bolts, transmissions, headers, exhausts, etc. that I am really excited to build something that runs and not worry about a single part being correct. It also gives me a reason to search racingjunk.com and use my trailer for something other than toting trailer queens.

Nasblu: It is a pretty nice looking Camaro, that and the floor pans/sheetmetal/frame rails - caused me to buy it. While I have a ton of parts, paintwork is just getting too costly and I can't do it myself. So no harm - no foul.

Thanks again for all of your input and I think the Berger badge will look tough out at the drags, Ed
