Honolulu, about halfway between Ala Moana Center and the airport. And yes, it was Dole... but a shipping center. Processing/packing plants were in the fields. Tower stood until a couple years ago right about where it says "Hawaii Superferry" in a Google Maps satellite view of Oahu.
