Norm, I really hope things improve for you both. I wasn't trying to be disrespectful either sir, i'm just a youngster at 35 but I truly love it here. I am sure they have thier own problems in Canada as we do here. One solution may be to move within the U.S. and see what other states have to offer. I am sure you are absolutely covered up with Politians where you are in PA. Where I am in Alabama, we have casual talks at donut shops with the mayer and senators and our Governor even rides a Harley.. I rode with him and about a 100,000 others on the trail of tears commemoritive ride a few years ago. Different states have different programs and just the cost of living being so much cheaper down here might free up so much fundage, you could buy your own health insurance. How laid back is here... Years ago Dad overpaid his car tags and the courthouse sent the overpayment back to him in the mail ... in cash
