KNAFEL 427 ACADIAN

Does anyone, have info on 1967 427 Canadian Pontiac Acadian, that Larry Doc Dixon ran in B/mod for KNAFEL? Was it a COPO car? and why was a Ohio dealer, running a Canadian car? I have a picture of it.. It was called TIN INDIAN...
