The interview was done on a very hot day after he spent most all of it comiserating with the guys who showed up for the Mr. Norm's car show, looking over their cars, signing stuff, talking shop. When we finally got a chance to talk, he was dog tired and overheated, yet he still agreed to sit down with me on camera.

After spending a lot of time with him, I can tell you this Rich~ Mr. Norm has gasoline in his veins, still loves the cars, the people, AND he is a sharp business man.
