us-indy slot dish mags

i've got a pair of 15x10 us-indy slot dish mags and i'm trying to figure out what size/type lug nut to use for them .i can't seem to locate them at any of the part stores i've got around here .

these are 5 on 4-3/4 bolt spacing for my 72 chevy camaro . if anyone can get me a part# or mfg i would really appreciate thanks
