thanks for sharing. by the way, a vega that still looked that good in this area in the late seventies was definetly sporting an easy do it yourself V8 swap kit from motion. It seemed there was one on every block.

I grew up racing on Mulholland during that time-there were a couple of guys running Vegas with olds alum 215 V8's. A blisterimng 175 h.p.or thereabouts but they were light enough that the car would still turn in
